Our commitments to quality and accessibility

Since January 2018, the Luz-Saint-Sauveur Tourist Office has decided to embark on a new venture… one focused on quality. Our priority has always been the satisfaction of our visitors, local businesses and residents.

But we are now committed to a more comprehensive approach to improving the quality of our services. To this end, we prioritise providing a warm welcome every day of the year, focusing on listening to our visitors, offering personalised responses, advice and assistance. Our public service mission knows no bounds when it comes to helping visitors discover the area.

Encouraging people to experience new sensations, making it easier to find information, providing documentation tailored to customers’ preferences, contacting our partners on their behalf, and sharing the latest news about our destination… these are all services that add value to the visitor experience.

The local council is leading an initiative aimed at making Luz-Saint-Sauveur a more accessible and enjoyable destination for residents and visitors alike, helping them to put their limitations behind them.

From a tourism perspective, the aim is to improve access to local attractions for everyone with specific needs. The aim is therefore to enhance the quality of the visit for as many visitors as possible: babies, people with reduced mobility, older people, those who are injured, groups, and so on.
