Destination E Rvb

A destination of excellence An accredited tourist information centre

The new ‘Destination of Excellence’ label aims to enhance quality across the entire spectrum of tourism provision: accommodation, catering, places of interest and leisure facilities, tourist information centres (notably tourist offices), and transport.
In addition to the focus on the quality of hospitality and services, which drives the sector, this label will, in particular, raise the standards for environmental responsibility.

A place offering a warm welcome and information open to everyone

Our tourist information centre is accessible to everyone:

  • People with reduced mobility (accessible entrance, lowered counter, trained staff, bright lighting, air conditioning, etc.)
  • Families with young children (pushchair access, children’s play area, personalised advice, etc.)
  • People with a dog on a lead
  • Visitors from abroad (staff who speak French, English and Spanish)
