Located at an altitude of 1000 m in the village of Sazos, on the route of the Gr 10, the Ferme des Cascades welcomes you all year round to live an experience. It has a livestock building where the goats are kept, as well as the sheep and cows in winter. On the upper floor there is a large dairy with a glass gallery for visits, the store and the panoramic showroom. The store is open every day from 10 am to 7 pm (cheese and dairy products, cured meats and milk meats, tanning, wild plant preparations, garden vegetables). Visit of caprifolia (2?) along the banks of the Bernazaou (possibility of tasting at the edge of the river) The sheepfold opens its doors at 4:00 pm to watch the milking by hand at 4:30 pm - 5:00 pm and the goats going to pasture.
