Description
In the hamlet of Sia, in a small barn equipped with a chimney from which the volutes of the linden consumed escape, Francis invites you every afternoon to a demonstration of the making of his spit cakes.
The welcome is friendly, and with a smile on his face, he may even invite you to participate in the cooking...
Sia's spit cake differs from the other cakes made by her colleagues by being baked over a linden wood fire at a very high temperature.
In addition to the traditional cake, a Gluten-free "Rustic" cake with red corn flour (made by Francis himself in Goudon next to Tournay).
