Our commitmentFor accessibility
The Luz-Saint-Sauveur Tourist Officeis committed to making its website accessible to as many people as possible, in accordance with Article 47 of Law No. 2005-102 of 11 February 2005.
We firmly believe that access to information and digital services must be guaranteed for everyone, including people with disabilities.
Compliance status
At present, the website www.luz-tourisme.comdoes not yet comply with the current version of the General Framework for Improving Accessibility (RGAA).
Thisnon-compliance is temporary and is being addressed as part of an improvement plan currently being rolled out.
Actions in progress
As part of our accessibility drive, we have entrusted the support of this project to our digital partner, Raccourci Agency.
The actions undertaken include
- A technical and functional accessibility audit of the site
- Progressive correction of identified non-compliances
- Implementation of inclusive design best practice
- Training our in-house teams in these issues
