From April to October, open Monday to Saturday from 3.00 pm to 7.30 pm, and also from 10.00 am to 12.30 pm from mid-July to mid-August.

From December to March, open Monday to Saturday from 3.00 pm to 7.30 pm, on Sundays from 10.00 am to 12.00 pm, and also every morning from 10.00 am to 12.30 pm during the school holidays.

2-hour entry without a booking to the balneotherapy area (swimming pools, hammam, sauna, whirlpool baths):

Young people (aged 15–17) and students: €14.40
Children (aged 5–14): €10

Shuttles from the village

The Luzéa wellness centre is situated in the Saint-Sauveur spa district, 1.5 km from Luz town centre. Free shuttle buses run from the tourist information office on the days and at the times the centre is open.
