In a warm and cosy mountain setting, you will enjoy grilled meats from the Pyrenees (beef, lamb from the Toy country), mountain specialties (baked camembert, raclette, fondues), trout from the Pyrenees of Lau Balagnas..... and at the aperitif of tapas of local products, home-made.
Geraldine's cooking is generous, inventive and of high quality. Ludo will advise you the best regional wines (Madiran, Côtes de Gascogne) that he finds at independent wine growers. You will also find, on the menu, some nuggets of the Bordeaux and Côtes du Rhone vineyards.
